Vitamin B-2, also called Riboflavin, is a water soluble member of the B group of vitamins. Like other B vitamins, it is not stored in the body and must be consumed on a daily basis in order to keep the body healthy. Riboflavin is important for maintaining health throughout the body. Any excess Riboflavin in the stomach is easily excreted by the body and the only sign of a large dose of Riboflavin is a bright yellow color to the urine.

These symptoms usually clear up quite rapidly when exposed to proper doses of Riboflavin.
