Dinner should consist of a small portion (2 or 3 ounces) of a lean meat like fish or chicken, one serving of fruit (apple, orange, watermelon, cantaloupe etc) and unsweetened ice tea. Consume water throughout the day as needed. Repeat this diet each day for the three days.
